We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are willing to work outside and onboard our trains throughout the year to deliver spotlessly clean trains to our customers to join our team of Train Cleaners and lead them to success.
As a Train Cleaner Team Leader you will play a vital role in supporting and leading your Train Cleaning team to offer a spotlessly clean train and a welcoming environment for all our customers.
Are you confident in:
Health and Safety: Always adhere to Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
Team Support: Provide continuous support reinforcing high standards to team members and newcomers whilst working alongside our cleaning teamseffectively to complete tasks together.
Relationship Building: Confidently interact with diverse teams and individuals.
Leadership: Lead a team to maintain Northerns high cleaning standards.
Pride in Work: Pay attention to detail and take pride in your contributions.
