Who were looking for
As the Technical Lead (TL) for a factory this position requires an individual with robust technical engineering expertise. The TL will supervise the technical design of the product and direct the factorys technological strategy. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner Domain Architects and Technology Domain Owners the TL will be integral to assembling and maintaining a highperforming factory. They are tasked with aligning the teams technological proficiency with the product roadmap.
What youll be doing
The Technical Lead holds a critical role in identifying feature requirements outlining the teams technical vision and converting these elements into a comprehensive backlog for the development team. This individual is charged with providing technical leadership fostering innovation and assuring successful of requirements. Additionally this role entails managing external SaaS providers to amplify our technical capabilities. The role demands a fusion of deep technical expertise superior skills and exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Functioning as a handson player coach the TL will engage in coding to assist the team in devising solutions and troubleshooting technical issues as they emerge (applicable to some factories). The TL is responsible for identifying and eliminating technical roadblocks working closely with team members to establish a scalable and modular solution that is capable of incorporating future architectural changes and designs.
Key responsibilities include
Ensure efficient of overall product delivery by prioritizing planning and tracking sprint progress. This can include the development of shippable code.
Actively engages in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmaps and architectural strategy.
Collaborate with the Technical Domain Owner and Architects to identify appropriate technologies frameworks and design robust and scalable solutions.
Communicate the technical vision project progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and team members.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the requirements to identify technical challenges dependencies and potential risks.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories ensuring clarity and feasibility.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team promoting best practices and efficient coding standards.
Influence and establish software engineering best practices. Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures.
Work as part of an agile scrum team to deliver business value.
What you bring
Bachelors in information technology or related field is preferred
Hands on development experience with the following code/platforms Java 17 React Micro services Spring boot Spring Cloud Spring Batch Kubernetes Mongo DB Document DB Postgres SQL
Progressive experience coding and reviewing code Java SQL Java Spring Boot React
Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team
Ability to work with Business Team members and providing technical direction for solutions of requirements.
Experience working in Cloud Environments. (AWS Azure)
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including product management design quality assurance and operations.
Regularly contribute as a handson senior developer in development automation testing and environment management activities
Current knowledge of scripting and programming languages various business applications state of the art technology and current trends in the computer industry.

Experience gained within Banking/Financial Services (Automotive Dealer Facing Applications)/FinTech sectors a plus
