Are you passionate about inspiring young minds to embrace healthy active lifestyles St. Madeleine Sophie School in Bellevue WA is seeking a dedicatedPhysical Health and Movement Teacherto lead our PK8 students in building lifelong wellness habits. This exciting opportunity is for theschool yearwith class sizes averaging 1520studentsper class.

What Were Looking For:Were seeking an energetic selfstarting educator with a strong background inphysical health movement and fitness education or other areas of fitness team building and wellness.The ideal candidate will:

Plan and implement engaging ageappropriate lessons that align withWashington State Learning Standards for Health.
Foster a positive and active learning environment that encourages teamwork confidence and healthy choices.
Communicate effectively with parents building strong partnerships that support student success.
Embrace innovation and utilize contemporary teaching methods to inspire students at all levels of ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Training in current instructional strategies and movementfocused learning.
Familiarity with integrating physcial health into overall school education (preferred but not required).
A practicing Catholic background is optional but a strong commitment to supporting our schools mission is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary depends on qualifications years of experience licensure and expertise.
Starting range:$50000 $60000.Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.
Very manageable schedule with180 workdaysin the school year.
