Central West Local Land Services are looking for a switchedon office allrounder to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the regional team and its customers.
As the Customer Service and Admin Officer you will be responsible for a variety of word processing records management data entry office administration and customer service duties and will be required to:
As well as this you will also assist with mentoring other support staff in service delivery as required whilst also providing support to your Coordinator when needed.

About You:
As you can see this is a handson role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude looking for that next step in their career. Youll be busy and be a front face for the Central West team.
Youll need to have strong professional communication skills an eye for the details and be someone whos comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.
Previous customer service experience would be a plus and experience in a similar position would be ideal. Experience using FARMS and MyHQ would also be a benefit in the role.
