JOB SUMMARY
The Physician Assistant will perform comprehensive and problem focused histories and physical examinations interpret laboratory and diagnostic test. Interpret and correlate subjective and objective data. Formulate a differential diagnosis and establish a working diagnosis. Develop a treatment plan for neurological conditions within the scope of practice and in conjunction with the neurologist. The PA will be directly involved in surgical care and will be expected to take call.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) or successor accredited program.
Certification & Licensures:
Is licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri.
BLS Certification in Missouri.
Experience:
Knowledge of medical terminology examination diagnosis and treatment. Possesses skills necessary to perform safely as evidenced by state certification of licensure.
