Digital Marketing Manager
Were looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team either in Nottingham or Montreal. This role can be based remotely or hybrid with 12 days per week in the office.
In this pivotal role you will own manage and shape endtoend digital marketing projects while developing successful strategies to elevate our marketing initiatives. Leveraging various digital channels and toolsincluding SEO PPC website email marketing and paid social advertising you will drive impactful activities and measurable results.
Youll collaborate closely with the wider marketing department and the Marketing Campaigns Manager to design and deliver effective leadgeneration and thoughtleadership campaigns to the market. Experience with digital tools in a B2B environment is desirable but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to lead digital strategy from start to finish and who is motivated to learn and grow within a purposedriven industry. If you have strong digital technical expertise and are passionate about building a career in digital marketing in the Life Sciences space this role could be a perfect fit.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ownership of the digital marketing strategy with the support of external agencies delivering and continually optimizing SEO PPC remarketing email marketing and paid social advertising.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Campaigns Manager and others to create and deliver effective lead generation campaigns to the market
- Support the Marketing Campaigns Manager in the development of a branded thought leadership reputation in the drug discovery industry through delivery of effective integrated marketing campaigns.
- Website maintenance and management keeping continuous user experience conversion rate and mobile optimization top of mind .
- Potential to lead new website development in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Manage and optimise marketing automation and workflows including via CRM
- Endtoend management of online marketing projects. Digital channel account management.
- Coordination of agencies and other external suppliers. Assistance in maintaining the marketing budget.
- Extensive reporting against KPIs for senior / board level stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in management of digital marketing strategy and tools
- Experience from pharma biotech or drug discovery / development industry is desirable however not essential.
- Project Management experience.
- Understanding and demonstratable experience of Content Management Systems
- Marketing Automation Software skills and experience (ideally HubSpot).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Qualified to degree level in subjects such as Business Marketing or Information Technology desirable or to degree level in other subjects.
- Strong mathematical skills comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics.
