Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic strategic and resultsdriven Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the daytoday operations of our organization with a focus on data management process optimization and office management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational efficiency organization and collaboration to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall team performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Support the Operations Manager to organize track and manage key data for the organization ensuring that all information is uptodate accurate and easily accessible. Regularly update and maintain operational databases.
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with the operations team to streamline internal processes enhance workflows and improve overall operational efficiency. Identify and implement improvements to maximize productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies equipment and facilities to ensure the team has the necessary resources for smooth daily operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership including scheduling meetings organizing events and preparing necessary documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Support various teams across the organization to ensure alignment in operational goals and help foster effective communication between departments.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Support the Operations Manager to compile and analyze operational data to generate reports for leadership helping to inform strategic decisionmaking and support operational planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role with a focus on administrative duties data management and process optimization.
  • Experience in office management to oversee the smooth running of daytoday operations including facility management resource allocation and equipment upkeep.
  • Experience in data management and CRM systems: Strong ability to manage track and interpret data across various systems ensuring accuracy and usability of information for reporting and decisionmaking.
  • Project Management experience is a plus as the role requires managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
