Job Description
Universal Orlando Resort believes inperson collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. There are also roles that require being onsite full time. Limited remote opportunities may be available within specific departments. Youll learn more about this during the recruitment process.
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform project review and analysis functions with a focus on Fixed Assets categorization the application of depreciable useful lives and Tangible Personal Property Tax related to Epic Universe.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze a variety of project data including legal and construction documents contracts and invoices to create new Fixed Assets and assign proper Comcast asset categories depreciable useful lives physical locations and Tangible Personal Property tax classifications for Epic Universe project costs.
- Prepare project workbooks to record the breakdown and segregation of all analyzed costs.
- Reconcile project costs between multiple project cost tracking systems.
- Communicate with various key individuals across Finance Creative and the various Project teams.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Infrequent local travel. Long distance travel not required.
