1. Supports Switchboard operations for the college as needed;
2. Receives visitors students and employees who come into the Academic Administration Office;
3. Maintains a schedule of classroom and instructional office availability;
4. Responsible for maintaining faculty mailboxes and retrieving/disseminating mail to the Academic
department;
5. Updates maintains and administers mass email list gt;
6. Serves as receptionist for all visitors and students that visit the Golden Triangle Office of
Instruction;
7. Orders and maintains inventory of general office supplies for Instruction and IR/E;
8. Administers DSS testing as needed;
9. Assists instructional and IR/E administration in the preparation and maintenance of files
portfolios special reports and all documentation related to local state and federal compliance.
10. Assists in the dissemination of student course evaluations each semester;
11. Assists in gathering and summarizing data for grants and other purposes.
12. Effectively communicates with cooperates with and supports other colleqe personnel in daily
activities.
Education: Associate degree or higher
Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel; Excellent work ethic
communication and customer service skills.
Work Experience include required number of years documented experience in a comparable/related
position: 2 years of relevant work experience or coursework related to Microsoft Excel and other Office
products required.
Other Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Oualtrics Power Bl or other research
software. Knowledge of national and state databases related to education and labor market is preferred.
