Job Description
We are a leading company in the aerospace and gas turbine industries specialising in highprecision fabricated and machined components. We are seeking a passionate and drivenQuality Assurance & Environmental Managerto join our team and help us continue delivering the highest quality products while meeting environmental standards.
Location:Accrofab Alcester Limited B49 6EH
Shift Pattern: 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 07.30 to 12.30 Fridays with designated breaks
Role Overview:
As a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing and maintaining our Quality & Environmental Management Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with ISO9001 AS9100 AS13100 NADCAP and ISO14001 standards. You will work closely with process owners and crossfunctional teams to ensure audit readiness lead improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop Quality & Environmental Management Systems to meet industry standards (ISO9001 AS9100 AS13100 NADCAP ISO14001 and customerspecific requirements.
- Report on quality and environmental KPIs identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as a primary contact for customers and third parties regarding Quality and Environmental Management matters.
- Lead internal and external audits manage nonconformances and support corrective action processes.
- Support new product introduction and ensure audit readiness across the business.
- Lead qualityrelated training and mentoring to foster a ZeroDefect culture.
- Participate in problemsolving exercises to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure sustainability practices are embedded in operations and drive initiatives to achieve environmental objectives in alignment with our environmental pathway.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP Systems and Qualityrelated IT software.
- Problemsolving skills and basic project management abilities.
- Experience with internal auditing.
- Experience in a similar role within the aerospace or manufacturing industries.
- Desirables
- HNC in a qualityrelated discipline or equivalent.
