We are currently looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee operations and facility maintenance across four of our Arizona dealerships in Scottsdale. This is a critical handson leadership role where you will manage a small team that ensures our service areas showrooms and buildings are safe clean and operating at peak efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations across four dealership locations.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians assigning tasks and ensuring timely highquality work.
- Perform and supervise repairs on HVAC electrical plumbing and general building systems.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all locations.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for maintenancerelated emergencies and troubleshooting.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance including supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC plumbing electrical etc..
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
- Proficiency with tools repair equipment and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This is a fulltime position offering a Monday Friday schedule; some weekends may be required on an as needed basis. This role oversee the facility maintenance of four Chapman dealerships located at the Scottsdale Auto Show. A work truck will be provided for use on Chapman property.
