We are seeking motivated and experienced professional who can effectively contribute to the role deliverables connected with position below. In this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fastpaced environment as:
Position: Cost Accountant Finance Budget & Cost
Location: Pune.
Your contributions to organisations growth:
- Timely and error free monthly closing process in SAP and submission of monthly/quarterly and special MIS to Local Management / Group Controlling.
- Responsible for monitoring expenses of various departments against budget previous periods and reporting deviations.
- Responsible for carrying out analysis of inventory and performing various tasks related to inventory valuation and audit from auditors.
- Responsible for hourly rate calculation for various work centers and cost centers.
- Responsible for data preparation and timely completion of cost audit.
- Responsible for timely preparation of Segmental Profitability for Transfer Pricing and get it certified.
- Performing tasks related to assignments from time to time by Group.
- Support SAP testing for various changes related to SAP FICO module (mainly CO module).
- Complete and coordinate Internal Financial Controls (IFC) documentation for controls related to costs warranty inventory etc.
- Monitor standard cost run (in SAP) at regular interval and ensure accuracy of the costs.
Education/ experience / languages:
- Chartered / Cost accountant up to 8 to 10 years of experience post qualification of CA / ICWA
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge and hands on working in SAP environment in manufacturing industry is a must
- Must have good understanding of Company Accounting costing principles internal controls and audits.
- Should have good analytical skills and have ability to see the big picture while working with details
- Should be well versed in Excel with advance functions.
- Should be a team player and should have good oral and written communication.
- Exposure to POC accounting would be added advantage.
Special requirements:
- Able to work with various cross functional teams.
- Experience in reporting for an international Group
- Team player with coordination skills.
- A positive attitude with a Can Do approach.

- Quality of tasks done and analytical inputs.
- Helping to establish controls and systems and improvements thereon.
