Job Description
ABOUT XOS:
XOS is an innovator in elemental analysis solutions that help ensure compliance with environmental and public safety regulations protect critical assets and improve customer efficiency. XOS delivers these breakthrough solutions by offering a suite of benchtop and process analyzers suitable for applications including crude oil renewable fuels plastics pyrolysis aviation fuels catalysts and more. XOS advanced optics and OEM subsystems can significantly improve the measurement speed precision and sensitivity of Xray analytical instrumentation and can be found in many applications such as plating thickness forensics and elemental mapping including a collaboration with the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory to search for signs of past life on Mars as part of the 2020 Perseverance Rover expedition.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Accountant will provide support relating to daily Accounting Operations AP and AR functions including generating check runs and initiating wires; troubleshooting as needed Together with the finance team ensure the monthly quarterly and yearend close requirements are completed on time and with high integrity Perform various midmonth and endofmonth processes including journal entry processing account analysis and reconciliations Contribute at the daily meeting on all finance operating metric reporting Maintain and manage the companys travel expense reporting application including administration processing & reconciliation while also providing support to end users Manage accounting aspects of inventory Act as Accountings Point of Contact for the annual full physical inventory

Required Skills/Experience:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and Power Point
Desired Skills/Experience:
Accounting in a Manufacturing environment
Education
Associates or bachelors degree (preferred) in accounting
The salary range for this role is $55000 $70000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $55000 $70000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
