The Food & Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible for safely and efficiently managing all Food and Beverage outlets in a manner that will provide high quality products and firstclass service.
This employee must display effective listening and communication skills initiative ability to work independently and in teams and lead by example. He/she must be able to exercise good judgment and discretion display effective problemsolving skills and provide excellent customer service. Additionally he/she must have the ability to multitask maintain composure under pressure and display a high level of professionalism integrity and follow through.
Pay range: $70000$80000 per year. All employees of the Alfond Inn are subject to a background check.

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of restaurant service
- High aptitude in working with numbers and able to efficiently use a calculator
Experience / Education:
A minimum of 5 years related work experience required; Management or previous supervisory experience preferred. College Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
