Job Summary
We are hiring an Admin Coordinator Finance & Insurance to support ourFinance Managers by processing contracts coordinating vehicle registrationpaperwork managing cancellations posting billing statements and keepingdeals compliant and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone withstrong administrative or dealership experience who enjoys behindthesceneswork that makes a big impact.
KeyResponsibilities
- Prepare andreview CVR and registration documents
- Processdealer trade paperwork and coordinate title documentation
- Submit andtrack warranty and protection product contracts
- Coordinatecancellations of sold agreements
- Post monthlybillings for all finance and insurance products
- Auditfinance deals for completeness and compliance
- Maintainorganized deal files and assist with deal followup
- Communicatewith lenders vendors and internal teams
Requirements
Qualifications
- Administrativetitle or dealership experience preferred
- Strongattention to detail and time management skills
- Excellentaccuracy in paperwork and documentation
- Ability tomeet deadlines in a fastpaced teamfocused environment
- High schooldiploma or GED required
