Job Description
An organization is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Caregiver Services to oversee its caregiver team. This role focuses on managing daily operations including payroll and HR tasks coordinating schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of home care services experience coupled with strong leadership and organizational skills to optimize workflows and support caregivers while ensuring exceptional client care.
Responsibilities Include:
