Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Casual Cook at LAmericano Cafe/espresso bar in Karrinyup. Be part of a close knit team to lead the development of a vibrant food and beverage business. This Cafe combines Coco Republics signature American design aesthetic with an Italian heritage. We will be open 7 days a week and will offer an Italian influenced breakfast and lunch menu as well as also holding occasional functions.
Work Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday daytime hours.

About The Role
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Run your own section in a highquality cafe environment
- Follow standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard
- Permanent position
About You
- Certificate 3 in commercial Cookery
- 2 years experience working in a busy highquality cafe
- Love food
- Great work ethic
- Valid working rights in Australia
