Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Canterbury
Salary: 18 25k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Lettings Negotiator to join a busy forwardthinking Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Canterbury area.
For this role some previous experience in residential Lettings is essential: You will be generating and winning business from both landlords and applicants.
As a person you will be enthusiastic energetic proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
You need to be able to work independently as well as being a strong team player. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.
The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation and several local offices in prime locations in Kent.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience in residential lettings
- Excellent selling ability
- Thorough knowledge of the lettings process
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Canterbury area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
