Support a Safe and Comfortable Environment for Our Residents
Were seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team! This role is vital in ensuring the facilitys equipment and environment remain safe functional and wellmaintained. Reliability trustworthiness and consistency with attendance are essential for success in this position. The ability to work collaboratively manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure are also key.
Your Impact as a Maintenance Assistant
In this role you will:
Perform routine maintenance functions throughout the facility as assigned.
Ensure the physical plant equipment and grounds are in safe and efficient working order.
Conduct basic repairs on equipment and tools to maintain functionality.
Communicate effectively with staff to report or respond to maintenance issues.
Assist in maintaining a clean and hazardfree environment for residents staff and visitors.
Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and preventative maintenance efforts.

Has experience working with HVAC systems boilers water systems washers dryers and emergency generators.
Understands the principles of preventive maintenance and can apply them consistently.
