Our organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 250 care locations nine hospitalsand a growing number of academic clinical is a team of 23000 healthcare professionals committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicines next generation of physicians advanced practice providers and leaders.
About the Practice
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant responsible for performing initial evaluation and ongoing management of patients with various urological conditions including BPH erectile dysfunction incontinence kidney stones UTIs and more
- Responsible for hospital consults inWaynesboroand outpatient care with flexibility to work varying 1.00 FTE daytime only scheduleMondayFriday (No after hours call or weekend call)
- Support and collaborate alongsidea team of sevenProviders between Waynesboro Hospital and ChambersburgHospital
- Assist Urologistsin surgical procedures including prep and postop care of patients
- Educate patients on urologic health treatment options and discharge instructions during 30minute appointments

Must have a Masters degree and be board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license.
QualificationsQualifications
Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire Required and
- Heartsaver CPR/AED Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Nurse Practitioner board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
