Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of our facility. This role involves routine and preventative maintenance of equipment as well as general facility repairs and cleaning. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical plumbing HVAC and general maintenance with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical and painting.
Assist with preventative routine and emergency repairs on facility equipment.
Maintain an inventory of repair tools and supplies.
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Develop knowledge of the facilitys electrical plumbing irrigation HVAC and security systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Research and adapt to new maintenance methods to improve operations.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability.
Understanding of maintenance safety protocols and industry regulations.
Must pass a background check and maintain compliance with company policies.
Valid drivers license required.
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing kneeling lifting (up to 50 lbs or 100 lbs with assistance) and working on feet for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems plumbing electrical work and general construction.

Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday Friday 8hour shifts
