They are skilled in project management technology and process optimization to deliver highquality services to clients.

Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services along with managing delivery teams programmes commercials performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process tools and services.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Within our global Managed Services platform Transitions objective is to successfully enable operations to meet contracted service requirements through the documented solution and demonstrated Operational Readiness prior to Commencement of Service Delivery. Transition operates with quality and within a standard across all towers of the Managed Services Practice regardless of the size of the engagement and the size of the customer.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing the transition projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support project managers in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in stakeholder communication and management to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve transition processes and methodologies.

Position Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 68 years of relevant experience in project management business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Project Management Risk & Budget Management
  • ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services
  • Process Mapping and Reengineering
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI or any data visualization tool and reporting
