Job Description

You are adept at building relationships with Guests using inperson communication at the dealership as well as multiple online channels including website chat and email inquiry phone conversations texting and Social Media.
You embrace training & new learning to excel at product knowledge about the brands and vehicles we sellplus competitive makes and modelsand effectively overcome Guest objections throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Showcase our extensive inventory of new and preowned vehicles providing detailed information on features and benefits.
  • Conduct test drives and assist guests in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with our service drive vehicle exchange team and finance departments to facilitate guest transactions and enhance satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Guestcentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
