Job Description
Maintains and repairs the facilitys structure equipment and grounds including plumbing electrical and HVAC systems. Performs skilled trades work such as carpentry or painting in the construction repair or alteration of structures such as walls roofs or office fixtures. The Facilities Specialist works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Additionally makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary and works from blueprints drawings or rough sketches.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formal mentorship concluded.
- Increased complexity of assignments supports project owner on high complexity assignments.
- Owns or supports on moderate to low complexity assignments.
- Ability to understand big picture view.
- Owns individual painting.
- Responsible for coordinating small projects.
- Responsible for small electrical repairs.
- Works oncall shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Functional knowledge of facility maintenance.
- Able to work 5 days a week on site in Conway AR
- This position is not eligible for visa and/or sponsorship.
Preferred
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to perform physical labor.
- Computer skills.
- General maintenance repair knowledge (lights sheet rock painting).
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and customer service skills.
