Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Experienced Spa Hospitality Professional at The Woodhouse Day Spa Detroit. The role involves providing topnotch customer service guest relations such booking appointments using Point of Sale system (familiarity with Zenoti or Meevo is a plus) selling retail skincare products and assist with serving guests and driving gift card sales through exceptional client interactions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hospitality Services in a spa salon or hotel environment
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills with POS spa software
- Ability to multitask and also perform back of the house tasks

Compensation: $16.50 $18.00 per hour
