At Lifescale Analytics we help achieve datadriven decision by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovated solutions that ultimately help our clients to navigate their everchanging data have an opportunity for a FrontEnd Software Developer prefer candidates to reside in Melbourne FL but open to remote work in the following states: Florida (FL) Georgia (GA) Minnesota (MN) North Carolina (NC) Ohio (OH) South Carolina (SC) Tennessee (TN) Texas (TX) or Virginia (VA). Note: Relocation expenses are not covered by the employer/client. We are looking for an experienced FrontEnd Software Developer with a strong background in building responsive datadriven user interfaces for enterprise and government applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets modern JavaScript frameworks and accessibility and security standards relevant to government systems.
The Employer will not sponsor applicants for any employment visas at hiring or in the future including but not limited to H1B EAD or OPT visas. CorptoCorp or subcontract personnel will not be considered for this position
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable userfriendly frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React Angular or
- Build and integrate data visualizations that enable users to interact with and explore large and complex datasets
- Collaborate with backend engineers data teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless and secure data integration
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g. Section 508 WCAG) and government UI/UX guidelines
- Optimize frontend code for performance maintainability and scalability
- Conduct code reviews write unit tests and contribute to continuous integration efforts
- Create and maintain documentation for frontend systems and reusable components
- Additional responsibilities as the manager/PM or client request
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 68 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and at least one major frontend framework (e.g. React Angular Vue)
- Experience building interfaces for applications that process and visualize large datasets
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of frontend applications with data services
- Familiarity with UI testing frameworks and agile development practices
- Experience working on projects in regulated or government environments with awareness of compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP NIST)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and frontend security principles
- Familiarity with design systems such as the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS)
- Experience with DevOps tools CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g. Docker)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to acquire a Secret Security clearance and acquire and maintain government identification/common access card (CAC). Preferred if candidates currently hold an active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. Note that any usage and detection of cannabis with or without a prescription will result in a failed clearance regardless of the legalization under State Laws.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
Additional Provisions:
- Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
- Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.
