ABOUT THIS POSITION: Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre seeks a parttime front desk administrator that must be available on evenings and weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: You can expect that your day will generally consist of the following duties and responsibilities:
- Receive payments for daily classes and student accounts (MindBody Square)
- Answer phone calls and forward messages and other communications to the appropriate person
- Provide evening and weekend customer service to all PBT visitors including students families donors vendors and PBT employees
- Liaise with daytime school office personnel maintaining a log for evening and weekend shifts and communicate concerns as needed
- Data entry mailing preparation
- Assist clients on usage of the online registration process
- Enforce school and building policies and procedures as required and appropriate throughout the evening and weekend
- Provide administrative support as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Other duties as identified

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
Candidates can expect to work 1015 hours per week primarily on evenings and weekends with occasional weekday hours offered.
