Gardaworldis seekingDispatchers & Control Centre Operators for24/7 control centers at client locations.
As a Control Room Operator/Dispatcher you function as a central communications point for client properties and youre responsible for coordinating activities between alarm centers/systems guard teams our clients and the general public.
Candidates will participate in video interviews by downloading Microsoft Teams app.
Valid Ontario Security Guard license
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR certifications
Ontario secondary school diploma or equivalent
Fully availability including days afternoons nights weekends & statutory holidays
Prior security experienceas adispatcherpreferred
Prior security scheduling experience(asset)
Strong computer skills
Professional deportment with strong customer serviceskills
Leadership and problemsolvingskills
Proactive attentiontodetail selfmotivated team player
ExcellentEnglishwritten&oral communication skills
Monitoring computer systems for access control CCTV & elevator surveillance systems
Responding to intercom & multiline telephone systems
Receive and record book on off and check in calls from multiple areas
Receive client requests and schedule shifts for guards as necessary
Respond to staff and client inquiries
Handle dispatch of urgent alarm calls
Regularly interactingwithclientsvisitors customers and the general public
Providing impeccable customer service
