What Youll Do:

The HR Director administers and manages all aspects of the hotels human resources functions to ensure that each department has the personnel guidance and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.
Here are just a few of the tasks the HR Director is responsible for daily:
Where Youve Been:
You have at least a bachelors degree in human resources management business management a similar field or comparable experience. You have at least 2 years experience working as an HR Manager. You should be familiar with various human resources programs such as compensation and benefits packages and local state and federal. What were really looking for is someone with strong communication skills the ability to work with members at all levels of the organization and someone who is able to embody and exemplify company culture.
