Job Description

Our expertise is in Project Management Engineering Commissioning & Qualification Validation Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer Pharmain Toronto ON (onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines resource allocation and budgets ensuring successful project .
- Ensure all engineering projects comply with relevant industry regulations (e.g. GMP FDA EMA) and internal quality standards.
- Provide technical support for pharmaceutical manufacturing process design equipment specifications and facility layout.
- Troubleshoot engineering challenges to maintain project progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation for project activities including design specs reports risk assessments and change controls.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects meet safety quality and performance goals.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure costeffective solutions. Track and report expenses collaborating with finance to stay within financial limits.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement by recommending and implementing process and equipment enhancements to boost efficiency quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Proficient in project management tools with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
