Team Highlights

Highly autonomous environment. CRNAs are encouraged to practice at the top of their license. The anesthesia team provides a collaborative work environment where CRNAs MDs and the surgical team share strong respectful relationshipsled by inspiring and supportive leadership.

Currently our care team model includes approximately 3 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs who have created a cohesive group.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Preanesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction maintenance and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patients physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
