Reporting to the Director Capacity Access and Flow (Acute Care and Regional Programs) the Consultant will be responsible for leading engagement activities with various stakeholders from across the health system to support the planning development implementation and evaluation of health system capacity access and flow strategies for the Central Region. The role will have a particular focus on cardiac stroke and vascular care.

The Consultant will need to understand and interpret data to design targeted interventions and drive measurable improvements in performance. The Consultant will need to build and maintain strong relationships with providers and partners (internal and external) to enable and support challenging processes and organizational changes aimed at improving system capacity and outcomes. The Consultant will lead evaluation activities for key initiatives including the identification of key performance indicators and the collection and analysis of data to measure and assess impact.
