Job Details
- Contract Position for Med Surg RNs in an acute hospital in Tulsa OK
- 3 12hrs shifts a week 6:30PM7:00AM
- This is a 28bed unit serving the general surgical adult population and have telemetry capability
- NursePatient Ratio: 1:56
- The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Unit Coordinator.
- Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing License in Oklahoma or Compact License
- BLS Certification
- Atleast 1 year of Medical/Surgical Experience
- Computer Proficiency
