Worxweb Solutions is seeking motivated ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our clients growing team in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for newly licensed agents eager to advance their careers in health insurance sales. Our client offers competitive earnings highquality leads and strong support from their marketing and IT teams making this an exceptional opportunity to thrive in the health insurance field.
Location: Boca Raton FL (approximate area)
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 10 AM 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct detailed assessments of client needs calculating deductibles and premiums and clearly explaining coverage options.
- Quote Generation: Produce accurate quotes customized to each clients specific health needs and circumstances.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely within a collaborative team environment to meet sales goals and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- FFM 2025 Certification.
- Active 215 or 240 license with licensure in a minimum of 10 states.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in health insurance sales or a similar fastpaced sales environment.
- A selfstarter with strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Pay: $100 daily if CPA is under $50
- Commission Structure:
- $10$25 per deal
