Description

Surgical Technician/CST First Assist Full Time position at Lutheran Downtown!

Must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program and NBSTSA certified.

  • Sign on bonus up to $35000!
  • Full time 40 hours a week; Hours varied
  • Call weekend and holiday rotation required

Located on the southwest corner of Main and Van Buren Lutheran Downtown Hospital opened for patient care in November 2021 with 60 beds and room to expand. A modern hospital in the heart of the city Lutheran Downtown Hospital offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient services opening with a 19room emergency department four operating suites three gastroenterology suites diagnostic imaging services roboticassisted surgery capabilities and laboratory services.

Education / Licensure / Certification (required):

  • Completion of an accredited surgical first assisting program
  • Current surgical first assist certification (Certified Surgical First Assist CSFA) by the National Board of Surgical Technology (NBSTA)
  • CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is required within three 3 months of date in position

Experience:

  • Three years of surgical technologist experience.
