Asset Manager Multifamily
Denver CO
This is an exciting opportunity to join a national real estate investment and development firm that acquires builds and manages highperforming multifamily communities. With a portfolio spanning stabilized and active assets across key U.S. markets the team takes a handson approach to value creation and operational excellence.
They are seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operating assets drive investment strategy and maximize financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of real estate operations and investment fundamentals and will collaborate crossfunctionally with internal and external partners.
Asset Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Owners Representative across a portfolio of multifamily assets.
- Lead of business plans including budgeting forecasting and capital planning.
- Analyze property performance against underwriting and adjust strategy to optimize value.
- Oversee financial reporting valuations loan compliance and partner communications.
- Manage dispositions coordinating across internal teams and JV partners.
- Maintain strong market knowledge and broker relationships to guide asset strategy.
Asset Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate asset management or investments ideally multifamily.
- Bachelors degree required; finance real estate or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical financial modeling and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and property management/asset reporting platforms.
- Ability to travel quarterly for site visits and stakeholder meetings.

Compensation: $145K $160K (DOE) with a 25 bonus
