We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Subject Ambassadors to represent their undergraduate course and the University of Nottingham at a range of student recruitment events. These roles are a fantastic opportunity to share your university experience inspire future students and develop valuable skills in communication leadership and teamwork.

Working Hours: Flexible hours based on event schedules
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour plus holiday pay (NLW)
Location: University of Nottingham campuses
Dress Code: Student helper blue tshirts will be supplied
The duties will include:
Representing your course of study with indepth knowledge of your modules and experience
Engaging with prospective students and their guests at recruitment events (inperson and virtual)
Sharing insights into university life including accommodation student support societies and campus facilities
Assisting with the setup and packdown of events
Providing campus and departmental tours
Giving accurate information in line with university policies
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all visitors during events
Supporting recordings and live support for virtual events
Performing other tasks related to student recruitment as required
Skills and experience required for the role:
Current undergraduate student (or graduated within the last year) from the University of Nottingham
Good knowledge of your course and university life
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Friendly approachable and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Experience working collaboratively or in teams
Desirable: Experience working with young people presenting to groups or working with diverse backgrounds
Desirable: Participation in placements internships or study abroad programmes
