Our Bohemia NY Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet highpaced and professional work environment.
We currently have the following parcel van position available:
Monday Friday 5:30 am start until route is completed.
$22.31/ hour
Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10 more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.
What Youll Do
Local Routes Local routes home daily we value your weekends! Be outside building client relationships facetoface not sitting behind a desk!
Keep Your Edge Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that lifechanging products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Always Learning We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.
What Youll Need
Required to have a current valid US Drivers License
6 months experience in a parcel van or straight truck delivery vehicle
Knowledge of Suffolk county and area
Ability to maintain a safe driving history
Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Flexibility
Problem resolution skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors: career level experience skills fairness & equity and geographical markets. In addition to salary other compensation such as an annual bonus or longterm incentive opportunities may be offered.
In situations of high demand there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
