Senior Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 27000 Hours: 40 per week MondayFriday

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Level 3 qualified professional to play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that inspires young minds to explore learn and thrive.

The nursery boasts a warm homely atmosphere with ageappropriate equipment and rooms designed to encourage creativity and learning through play. The spacious outdoor area offers endless opportunities for exploration featuring sand pits mud kitchens vegetable patches and bug gardensperfect for fostering childrens curiosity and creativity.

What Youll Bring:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a childcare setting.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire both children and colleagues.

  • Lead by Example: Use your expertise to deliver highquality engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Support Development: Observe assess and guide childrens growth tailoring learning experiences to meet individual needs.
  • Inspire & Motivate: Work closely with colleagues to uphold exceptional standards of care and education.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers keeping them informed and involved in their childs development.
  • Maintain Excellence: Ensure the nursery is clean safe and organized while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
