What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead client relationships identifying opportunities for organic sales growth and new business.
- Collaborate with R&D on NBD (New Business Development) projects.
- Manage the quote process from start to finish.
- Attend industry trade shows and client meetings.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service by working with crossfunctional teams.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience in people/process management and customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of Contract Manufacturing services equipment and related support functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational planning and communication skills.
