Do you thrive on creating clear compelling communications that connect people to purpose Aviva is looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our Group Internal Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong internal communications background particularly in HR and leadership communications who is excited to support Avivas People strategy and leadership programme.
A bit about the job:
In this role youll be responsible for crafting and delivering engaging internal communications and events that support Avivas People strategy. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the People Function and Group COO team helping to shape and share key messages that drive employee engagement cultural alignment and advocacy.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the internal communications workstream for Avivas new Leadership programme.
Developing and managing HR and leadership communications ensuring alignment with Avivas overall strategy.
Creating cutthrough and compelling content for a diverse workforce including customerfacing teams.
Owning and executing insightled communication plans using data and external best practices to drive engagement.
Collaborating with Avivas Creative Studio and Brand team to ensure all materials are visually impactful and aligned with brand identity.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Experience in Internal Communications with expertise in peoplefocused and leadership communications.
Outstanding writing skills and a keen eye for detail able to create engaging and effective messaging.
A trusted advisor who can confidently engage senior stakeholders and influence decisionmaking.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multitask and meet tight deadlines.
A collaborative team player with a high EQ and a passion for making a real impact.
What youll get for this role:
Salary Up to 60000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
