Location:The Compleat Food Group Lincoln Way Clitheroe Lancashire BB7 1QD
Working Hours: Monday Friday 13:30 22:30
Pay: 16.59 p/h

Your Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be at the heart of our operation ensuring the efficient and productive running of our warehouse and yard team. You will work crossfunctionally with other departments and sites to maintain our high standards and meet key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Team Leadership Lead manage and develop a dedicated warehouse team.
- Performance Management Deliver team briefings on KPIs waste management labour savings and product quality.
- Process Optimisation Monitor stock levels maintain traceability and ensure compliance with HACCP and BRC standards.
- Health & Safety Maintain a safe working environment ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Operational Efficiency Assign staff effectively to ensure maximum productivity update KPI boards and manage shift rotas.
- Training & Development Support team members growth through CHESS training and skill development.
- Audit & Quality Control Prepare for BRC and other audits ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
- Absence & Holiday Management Ensure adequate cover and manage returntowork interviews.
What Youll Need:
- Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
- HACCP Level 1/2
- FLT Certificate (Counter Balance Truck minimum)
- PPT & Bendi/Pivot Steer FLT Certificates
- Full UK/EU Driving License
- Proven experience in a similar role within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- A positive flexible and teamoriented attitude.
