Job Description

The CNC Operator has a vital role in ensuring precision and efficiency in machining operations and supporting our mission to deliver highquality products to our customers. This position involves setting up and operating CNC machines performing inprocess inspections and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate and set up CNC machines including those with Fanuc Haas and Mitsubishi controls.
- Perform setups involving chuck changing collet changing tool arrangements and tool touchoffs.
- Read and interpret blueprints travelers sketches and related technical data including GD&T tolerances.
- Conduct firstarticle and inprocess inspections accurately document inspection data and maintain precise part counts.
- Adjust machine speeds and feeds for turning and milling operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform daily machine maintenance including maintaining fluid levels and recognizing and replacing worn cutters and tool bits.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferred 3 years experience in CNC setup and operations.
- Proficiency with machine shop mathematics calculations and measuring tools.
- Familiarity with GD&T tolerances and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Selfstarter with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a professional workspace.
