Job Description

Lead a team in driving client KPIs across various Paid Media Channels including Google Meta and Snapchat etc. This role involves close collaboration with the ad operations team to ensure timely and highquality delivery of campaigns while providing strategic direction and insights.

Location Pune (Onsite)

  • Client KPI Management: Drive client performance metrics across different Paid Media channels through effective ad operations.
  • Organizational KPIs & SLAs: Ensure ontime highquality delivery of work by the team meeting organizational standards.
  • Strategic Direction: Understand client goals and refine campaign plans before final submission.
  • Advertising Plans Finalization: Collaborate with clients to align on key objectives and KPIs.
  • AdOps Guidance: Provide recommendations and strategic guidance on campaign structuring targeting creatives and other advertising facets.
  • Tech & Automation: Drive the use of automation and technology for reporting within the AdOps team.
  • Budget Management: Build and maintain the digital advertising budget while tracking success metrics.
  • Performance Analysis: Oversee regular and ad hoc analysis of digital activity for clients ensuring quality insights.
  • Opportunity Identification: Understand client briefs holistically to identify gaps and opportunities for revenue scaling.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 46 client accounts reviewing performance through regular team scrums.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape relevant to assigned clients.
  • Business Growth Accountability: Showcase business growth during Monthly Quarterly HalfYearly and Annual Business Review meetings.
  • Team Development: Plan personal development programs for team members and manage their growth.
  • New Business Pitches: Collaborate with Business Teams on new business pitches including audits planning and strategic recommendations.
