Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Ortho/Oncology/Pelvic Health Lakeville MN
Location: 17305 Cedar Ave #110 Lakeville MN
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00a.m.6:00p.m. some early days and some later days
Compensation: starting at $72000 annual base

Our Lakeville NovaCare outpatient center is seeking a physical therapist with a special interest in oncology and pelvic health to provide patient care on a full time basis. Our 2 PT 1 OT center treats diverse patient populations including ortho neuro vestibular/concussion pelvic health oncology and specializes in areas such as dry needling and hand therapy. Caseload will be a mix of ortho and oncology. Ideal candidates would have interest/experience in pelvic health conditions as well.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900 specially trained multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Outpatient orthopedic rotation if current student
- Outpatient orthopedic experience in the last 5 years if licensed clinician
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
- Pelvic health interest/experience
