Job Description
Frontier Regional School District is seeking 3day/week Physical Therapists to work 2 days/week at Deerfield Elementary School and 1 day/week at Conway Grammar School for theschool candidates are interested in a fulltime position this may be combined with Granby Public Schools which is seeking a 2 day/week Physical TherapistThe physical therapists responsibilities will include:Performing evaluations utilizing standardized assessment tools clinical observations medical records educational records referral documentation and staff/family/student evaluations to determine students need for and implementing Individual Educational Plans for qualifying direct and consultative services offering specific strategies programming and techniques to meet established goals and inservices to educators and parents upon such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the Director of Special Education and/or School Principal
