Job Description
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in elevated restaurants
- Wine knowledge considered an asset
- Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and ability to create winwin situations for guest recovery.
- Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
- POS systems payment systems and other related applications required
- Flexible schedule; must be able to work evenings weekends and public holidays
- Smart Serve Certified

What will I be doing
To successfully fill this role you should be able to demonstrate the attitude behaviors skills and values that follow:
- Provide exceptional customer service following the Frenchy standard steps of service
- Serve guests in a friendly timely and efficient manner focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience
- Confidently recommend menu offerings and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Follow correct reporting procedures and assist in guest recovery situations
- Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly
- Maintain brand standards and strive to achieve departmental targets as a team
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ensure floor stations are stocked appropriately
