***Travel between Canby Tracy Clear Lake and Westbrook is required.Responsible for coordinating assigned projects from start to finish with involvement from other members of the Information Technology (IT) Department with particular emphasis to Technology Systems. The Technology Systems Coordinator implements new software hardware and supports existing systems.
Job Description
Ensures project fulfillment by reviewing the status of projects with management and various departments and with outside contractors. Understands a systems approach to problem solving and process improvement involving staff. Demonstrates proven project development and management skills. Possesses a fundamental working knowledge of the operating systems and software currently used in the department. Ability to work with multiple departments and facilities in providing necessary support and installation of hardware and software standards. Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of the various components within IT to be able to assist the Networking Server and Telecom teams remotely. Position requires onsite support in multiple clinical and nonclinical departments and facilities including patient rooms emergency department and other patient care areas
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required in lieu of education leadership may consider 5 years of applicable experience in customer service and technology or an Associates degree in a computer related field and 3 years experience in customer service and technology.2 years experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
Valid Drivers License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
