Superlanet is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developerto support our healthcare client in the Bay Area. This role involves technical ownershipof the ServiceNow platform providing leadership to other developers and driving platform enhancements. This is a 3 month contract to hire position that requires onsite travel quarterly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementationof new ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Manage tasks independently develop project plans and oversee external partner contributions.
- Apply agile methodologies participate in code reviews and support testing and deployment.
- Support and enhance modules such as Incident Problem Change Asset and Request Management.
- Develop and maintain Mobile Agentand custom integrations.
- Provide enduser supportand technical guidance for process improvements.
- Mentor and coachjunior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degreeor equivalent experience.
- 5 yearsof relevant ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)required.
- Strong system integrationskills with web technologies (XML HTML AJAX CSS HTTP REST/SOAP).
- CMDB expertise.
- ITIL Foundation certificationpreferred.
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Facilities Service Management and Project Managementis highly preferred.
- Selfstarterwith the ability to take initiative work independently and manage tasks proactively.
Benefits
