Location:ABQ NM
Rate:$21.00/HR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. TheArmed Security Officerposition helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel visitors and the area. Frequently our Armed Security Officers will provide customer service and information to aclients employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent.
Our highly sought after Armed Security officer positions include full training. If you have experience in security law enforcement or military you are a great fit for this role; if not we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and Deescalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- 23 years experience.
- Must have an Active Level 3 Guard Card License.
